- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including (but not limited to) perishable goods, personal care items, and custom products. Please confirm the eligibility of your product before purchase.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
- Once approved, please ship the item(s) to the return address provided. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
- For non-defective items (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that all returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement in your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We will ship the replacement item once we have received and processed the returned product.
6. Shipping Options for Exchanges
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 15 business days.
- VIP Shipping: For an additional fee of $15, VIP shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 8 business days.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Roman.891024x@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
